Integrated Decision Systems Consultancy Pte Ltd (IDSC) has been helping enterprises to develop robust strategic business plans and to optimise their work processes and systems for more efficient operations since its founding in Apr 1996. Its consultancy services and software have helped decision makers to organise and structure complex business problems, generally fraught with uncertainty, for better insight and to identify the optimal among the many alternative solutions. We achieve this by applying the appropriate Operations Research/Management Science (OR/MS) techniques and methodologies to address each unique problem.

IDSC specialises in providing consultancy and planning solutions to logistics and human resources management but it also work on manufacturing, healthcare and police problems since OR/MS is applicable to a very broad spectrum of problems. Some of the projects included designing optimal production lines and traffic policing plans as well as ways to reduce waiting times in hospitals. Its clients consist of MNCs, local enterprises and government bodies in the Asia Pacific region.
